Returns

  • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the provided video and photos, we will proceed with the refund process.
  • Missing Items: If we are unable to provide the missing item(s) from your order, a refund will be issued for the respective item(s).
  • Original Condition and Packaging: To qualify for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
    All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, should be included.
  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be your responsibility, except in cases where the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item sent).
    We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 5 Days.
  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact us. You will be responsible for paying any difference in price and any additional shipping costs.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
